What to wear to your boudoir shoot | Denver Boudoir Studio

What to wear for your boudoir photography shoot with

I understand that, well, you don’t do this everyday- where do you even start? I just so happen, DO, do this everyday and I know what is going to look best on you and where to get it. We are going to chat about what you want your shoot to look like, how do you want to be perceived, and talk about your body type.

I don’t recommend babydolls, slips, or true corsets- those all hide you too much and limits your flexibility and posing options.

Regardless on the body type, I always recommend high waisted items. High waist panties or garter belts/waist cinchers look freakin amazing on anyone. Bodysuits are obviously wonderful as well, I suggest looking for items that are unique and have character. Also, plain and simple goes a long way so make sure you have atleast one favorite plain black bra and panty.

Here are my favorite websites:

Luxury lingerie and my personal favorite designer, but pricey.

Also high end and very unique pieces, highly recommend if it fits in your budget!

General websites and moderately priced|clothing|shop+by+product

Larger bust lingerie- LOVE this site! All Sizes.

Cheap and does the job! Quality is meh and doesn’t fit perfect, but super cute and can work! Very popular!

Great styles especially for petite-about a size 10. One of my favorite sites!

Alternative and Unique Styles

Feel free to ask me any questions if you decide to look around on your own. I will do most of the shopping for you to help but we can always change gears if what I send you isn’t vibing well! I will do this with you the whole way!
